How to Store Data in Mail

1. Go to your mail,
2. Compose a message   
3. just put your own email address in the "recipient" box instead of usual friends mail.  
4. Put the data you want to be store either
1. as a message in the mail or
2. attachment to the mail 

 This is called sending mail to oneself
